No Warranty on Licensed Software
THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS.” PATRIOT DOCUMENTS INC. (“PATRIOT DOCUMENTS,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”), AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE. WE, AND OUR LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR TERMS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, TRADE PRACTICE OR OTHERWISE) AS TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT FOR, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT, ANY SUCH REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, CONDITION OR TERM MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
Refund Eligibility
Lintra PDF is licensed under a one-time, perpetual license. If a license is purchased directly from Patriot Documents, it is eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of your license and download details.
Refund eligibility is contingent upon the timing of your request and the type of purchase. To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within the 14-day window described above.
Discretionary Refunds
In rare instances, Patriot Documents may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund where we are unable to resolve a substantial issue in which the product does not conform to its published documentation. We may request reasonable information and cooperation to diagnose and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the date of receipt of your license.
- Licenses purchased through a third-party reseller or marketplace (such purchases are governed by that seller’s refund policy).
- Volume or custom orders placed under a separate written agreement, except as that agreement provides.
- Purchases where the license key has been intentionally shared, resold, or misused in violation of the End User License Agreement.
Handling Fee
Where applicable, any refund shall be calculated as the purchase price less a handling fee, comprising order processing and banking fees equal to 5% of the purchase price. In such instances, we require the purchaser to provide enough information for us to positively identify the original purchase transaction (for example: order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, and number of licenses purchased).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@getlintra.com within the eligibility window and include the transaction details listed above. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
