Activation and License Error Codes

Overview

When activating Lintra PDF, you may see an error code such as 0x30 or 0x61. Each code corresponds to a specific issue with your license, device, or network. This guide explains what each error means and how to fix it.

Activation Errors

0x10 – License requires device fingerprint. Retry activation.

0x11 – Floating license has no active device. Activate one in the Device List.

0x12 – Missing machine binding. Ensure Lintra can read hardware info and retry.

0x13 – License already activated on another machine. Deactivate the previous device.

0x14 – Missing fingerprint information. Retry activation.

0x15 – Deactivate unused device from your Device List.

0x16 – Device info incomplete. Retry activation.

0x17 – License heartbeat not initialized. Restart Lintra PDF.

0x18 – Check Internet and retry.

0x20 – Retry activation.

0x21 – License doesn’t match this Lintra PDF edition.

0x22 – Retry activation.

0x23 – License doesn’t cover installed components. Contact support.

0x24 – Version info missing. Retry activation.

0x25 – License doesn’t cover this version. Install a supported version or contact support.

0x26 – Checksum info missing. Retry.

0x27 – Checksum mismatch. Reinstall Lintra PDF.

0x30 – Device limit reached. Deactivate an old device.

0x40 – License not found. Verify your license code.

0x41 – License suspended. Contact support.

0x42 – License expired. Renew your license.

0x43 – License banned or blocked. Contact support.

0x50 – Retry activation.

0x51 – Contact support.

0x54 – Contact support.

0x55 – Retry activation.

0x60 – Generic temporary failure. Retry later.

0x61 – No Internet connection or timeout. Check your network.

0x62 – HTTP or protocol error. Retry activation.

0x63 – Invalid response. Retry or contact support.

0x64 – Activation server unavailable. Wait and retry.

0x65 – Too many requests. Wait before retrying.

0x66 – Authentication issue. Retry or contact support.

0x67 – System clock mismatch. Adjust your date/time.
